Graviera with red pepper flakes
A graviera cheese with a distinctive character, made from goat's milk collected daily from local producers.
During the cheese-making process, spicy red pepper flakes are added, allowing the cheese's aromas to be enriched with a rich, spicy flavor. It is eaten as a table cheese, accompanying your wine and beer, but it can also be used in food recipes to add intensity and elevate any dish.
Graviera cheese with black pepper
A unique cheese made from goat's milk with black pepper grains kneaded into the cheese, imparting a spicy flavor while simultaneously bringing out the cheese's aromas.
Graviera with oregano
An absolute Greek combination - cheese and oregano. Oregano and cheese are often combined to create various types of cheeses. Graviera with oregano is a hard, table cheese with a strong, traditional character. Oregano adds aromatic intensity, highlighting the cheese's natural flavor.
Graviera with herbs
An exceptionally well-balanced product based on the powerful combination of cheese and herbs.
The herbs add aromatic intensity and earthy tones to our graviera, and they are a deliberate enhancement of the aromas that are already subtly present in the cheese.
Herbs are added to the surface of each graviera cheese head individually, followed by a maturation period of at least 3 months, during which it develops its final unique aroma.

Graviera in Olive Oil
Small heads of Graviera cheese made from goat's milk collected from free-grazing flocks, and aged for 35 to 40 days in extra virgin olive oil of Laconia. A mildly spicy cheese with an olive oil aftertaste.
Graviera with wine
Aged graviera cheese, it contains goat's milk from selected herds in Monemvasia and is matured in wine lees, acquiring a unique texture. A special cheese that exudes wine aromas is served with seasonal fruits and citrus marmalades.
